CHRISTMAS WHOLESALE ORDERS - Cut off Date Oct 15 2021 (tentatively)
If you are wanting wholesale for Christmas products, please order NOW! This will ensure I have plenty of time to order supplies (suppliers are already running low on supplies) and have your order ready to ship, as I anticipate a very busy season ahead and I will likely have several large orders that I will be working on at any given time, which will slow down my production time. Please contact me for a copy of my Christmas Line Sheet and Fragrances that I will have available :)

MINIMUMS
$250 minimum opening order, $150 minimum reorder.
Minimums vary and are listed on each product.

PRIVATE LABEL/ WHITE LABEL
Private Label is an extra 10% of the wholesale price of the product. Label design costs extra, and depends on what you are wanting and how many variations of products you are needing labels for. All products are required to have the ingredients listed (which I will provide to you) in INCI and also have Manufactured by Northern D’lights Bath and Body, Lashburn Sk, as per Health Canada regulations. Please contact me for more information on private labelling :)

PAYMENT
We accept payment via all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, and Etransfer through the website.

TURN AROUND TIME
Because I am currently working on a few very large wholesale orders, my current turn around time is 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the types of products ordered, how large the order is, and how many orders I am already working on. But I always try my best to get everyone's orders made and out the door as quickly as possible. Please let us know if you need your order by a specific date at the time of ordering. If you need your order sooner than my regular production time, there may be a rush fee to have your order given top priority above others. Otherwise, all orders are made in the order that I have received them.
If you are ordering soap that I do not have in stock, it could take 5 - 6 weeks due to the cure time for the soaps, also, the more different scents that is ordered, the longer it will take  as I can only make 2 large batches every 2 or 3 days (the soaps have to sit in the molds for up to 48 hours before I can unmold them. I am hoping to be able to purchase more molds soon so that I can make more batches more often. I currently have 5 molds which will make 17 bars per mold).
Very large orders ($500 plus at this time) may take longer due to the fact that I may need to order supplies to complete the order, and also because I am a one woman show! lol. Also, if there are several scents of a product in small batches (5 of each scent for example) that can also take longer because I have to make several small batches of something, rather than 2 or 3 large batches :)
I am a one person operated small business and run it out of my home, so I do not have much space to keep a lot of extra stock and supplies on hand that are ready to ship, so most orders are made to order, because of this, you will be getting the freshest best product that I make :)

SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.

BACK ORDERS
You will be notified of any back ordered items. The rest of your order will ship unless otherwise directed.

REFUNDS
 All sales are final.
If there has been damage due to shipping, please take photos of the packaging and contact me asap. Without photos, I will not be able to refund the order, as Canada Post will need that for proof for me to file a claim with them.
I am not responsible for products such as body butters or sugar scrubs melting that have been shipped in summer months or left in or near a heat source. If this does happen though, please contact me asap, and I can offer some suggestions on how to try and fix the products so they can be used.
